Constipation


Symptoms: Suffering from discomfort and having to strain during a bowel movement is one of the most common digestive problems. Constipation can be a direct result of not having enough fibre in your diet.


By increasing your fibre intake you can eradicate some of those irritating digestion problems.

Acid Reflux


Symptoms: Heartburn and indigestion are the most common symptoms of acid reflux. Neutralizing your acid levels.

Lactose Intolerance


Symptoms: After consuming dairy produce, sufferers tend to experience cramping, bloating, trapped wind, sickness and diarrhoea.

Once it has been diagnosed, lactose intolerance can be managed with an over the counter medication and avoiding dairy products.


Celiac Disease


Symptoms: Varying from person to person, but include abdominal pain and bloating, chronic diarrhoea, vomiting and constipation

Celiac disease doesn’t have a cure but can be managed by adopting a gluten-free diet.
