Chocolate Snow Ball Crisps

  • 330g chocolate pieces
  • 8 tbsp golden syrup
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 120g Rice Krispies
  • 100g walnuts, chopped
  • 100g shredded coconut


1. In a saucepan melt the chocolate over a low heat and with the golden syrup and water. Stir constantly until smooth then remove from heat.

2. In a large bowl combine the Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® and nuts then pour over the chocolate mixture and stir until fully coated.

3. Portion by level tablespoon onto a baking sheet and shape into balls.

4. Sprinkle over the coconut and chill until firm.
