Chocolate Scotcheroos

  • 100g butter
  • 40g honey
  • 1 tbs (10g) sugar
  • 150g Rice Krispies
  • 1 packet (200g) chocolate chips/buttons


1. Put sugar, honey and butter into a saucepan, cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sugar dissolves and boil 5 mins, stirring constantly.

2. Remove from heat, add KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES, stir through.

3. Press into greased tin.

4. Melt chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Spread evenly over cereal mixture. Let stand. Cut into 2 x 1-inch bars when cool.
