Chocolate Marshmallow Crisps

  • 330g chocolate
  • 50g marshmallows
  • 35g almonds, chopped
  • 75g chopped dried fruit
  • 60g Rice Krispies


1. Melt the chocolate over a low heat, stirring until completely melted. Remove from heat.

2. Stir in the remaining ingredients until fully coated. Spread the mixture evenly in a 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking tray and refrigerate.

3. Cut into 3 cm squares.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: break the chocolate into small squares and place in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat chocolate on LOW for short 20 second intervals, stirring each time until melted. Be careful as chocolate can easily burn if left in for too long/ the temperature is too high.
