Super Easy Rocky Roads
- 350g chocolate
- 30g butter or margarine
- 50g miniature marshmallows
- 50g raisins
- 30g Kellogg's® Rice Krispies®
1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan over a low heat. Remove from heat once smooth.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread the mixture in a 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking tray and chill until set.
3. Cut into 3cm squares.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: break the chocolate into small squares and place in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat chocolate on LOW for short 20 second intervals, stirring each time until melted. Be careful as chocolate can easily burn if left in for too long/ the temperature is too high.
