Rhubarb, Fig & Coconut Recipe

A sweet, sharp breakfast option to whip up in the morning.
Ingredients
- 30g Bran Flakes
- 50g poached rhubarb
- 150g yoghurt
- 1 fig
- 5g coconut shaving
Methods
1. Add a layer of yoghurt to a bowl
2. Top with Bran Flakes on one side and poached rhubarb on the other
3. Sprinkle coconut over the top and serve
