Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® Macaroons

  • 2 egg whites
  • 200g sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla flavouring or extract
  • 75g desiccated coconut
  • 45g butter or margarine
  • 60g Kellogg's® Rice Krispies®
  • 50g walnuts, chopped


1. In a mixing bowl beat the egg whites until stiff and the gradually incorporate the sugar while beating.

2. Fold in the vanilla flavouring, coconut, Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® and walnuts.

3. Drop by tablespoon onto the baking sheet.

4. Bake at 200°C/ gas mark 6/ 400°F until the macaroons are delicately brown.
