Fruit and Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients
- 55g brown sugar
- 120g peanut butter
- 80g raisins
- 80g mixed dried fruit
- 180g Kellogg's® Rice Krispies®
Methods
1. In a saucepan combine the honey and the sugar and cook over a medium heat, stirring constantly. Once it boils continue cooking for 1 minute and then remove from the heat.
2. Stir in the peanut butter, raisins, dried fruit and the Kellogg's® Rice Krispies®. Stir until completely coated.
3. Press evenly into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking tray and cool.
4. Cut into 2 ¼ x 1 x ½ inch bars.
