Fruit and Nut Crunch Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 30g Bran Flakes
- 150g yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon raspberry compote
- 1 small orange
- 25g blackberries
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
- 1 tablespoon pistachios
DIRECTIONS
1. Swirl raspberry compote in to yoghurt
2. Scatter with Bran Flakes
3. Top with chopped orange, blackberries and pomegranate seeds
4. Finish with a scattering of pistachios and serve
