Even in the middle of winter, you can enjoy a little bit of summer paradise with this berry-full smoothie that’s just as delicious with frozen fruit.

Ingredients

  • 145 frozen or fresh mixed berries
  • 250 ml milk
  • 123g vanilla yogurt
  • 30g Kellogg's All-Bran Original cereal

Methods

Makes : 2 cups

1. Place fruit in blender container.
2. Add milk, yogurt and All-Bran Original*.
3. Blend until smooth.

Two All-Bran* smoothies per day promote regularity.
