Bean and Pasta Soup Recipe

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 1200ml stock (chicken or vegetable)
  • 75g small whole wheat pasta
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 50g All Bran Original
  • 375g tinned mixed beans, drained
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

DIRECTIONS

1. Simmer the onion and stock in a large covered pan for 10 minutes.

2. Add the pasta and tomato puree and boil for 10 minutes.

3. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for a further 5 minutes.
