Bean and Pasta Soup Recipe

This All-Bran Chef’s Salad Recipe is the perfect accompaniment to any picnic. It’s a great packed lunch option for busy work days, too.
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1200ml stock (chicken or vegetable)
- 75g small whole wheat pasta
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 50g All Bran Original
- 375g tinned mixed beans, drained
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
1. Simmer the onion and stock in a large covered pan for 10 minutes.
2. Add the pasta and tomato puree and boil for 10 minutes.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for a further 5 minutes.
