What is the promotion and how do I claim?

We are offering Grown Ups Free entry to top attractions in the UK and Ireland on promotional packs of Kellogg’s cereal and snacks between 01.01.2020 – 30.06.21, valid when the voucher bearer purchases one full priced child or adult ticket at the attraction entrance.

Promotional packs of Kellogg’s can be found on shelf from January 2020 to May 2020.

To claim, simply cut out the voucher found on the side/back panel of your promotional pack and then present it at the admission kiosk at your chosen attraction and you will receive one free adult entry when you purchase one full price child or adult entrance ticket. You can find a list of all of the participating attractions on our promotional webpage.

This voucher features on promotional packs of Kellogg’s cereal and snacks.

Please note: one voucher entitles one free adult only when accompanied by a full paying adult or child. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with tickets purchased online/via the telephone.

Photocopies will not be accepted and vouchers can only be used once.

What are codes and how do they work?

One unique code can be collected from the inside of each participating Kellogg’s promotional packs. The code is 10 digits long and printed in red or black ink. You can immediately use your code on the website www.merlinfun.com

What is the online entry route and how do I claim?

This year we are offering Grown Ups Free online entry to top attractions in the UK and Ireland on promotional packs of Kellogg’s cereal between 01.01.2020 – 30.06.21.
Printed on Kellogg’s cereal (inside the pack), will be a unique, one time only code that you can redeem online via www.merlinfun.com

Entry is simple once on the website and customers should follow the necessary instructions.
Once the tickets have been booked, including what day and where relevant, time you are visiting the relevant Merlin attraction, prepayment of these tickets will be required. Following this, a printer is needed in order to print the attraction tickets.

Codes feature on promotional packs of Kellogg’s cereal only.

Online booking with codes can be used at all UK Merlin attractions apart from the Blackpool Tower circus.
SEA LIFE Bray, is the only ROI venue included in the online entry.

Using these printed tickets, you are able to scan your tickets and walk right through at selected Merlin Entertainments attractions (see www.merlinfun.com for details).

PLEASE NOTE: You must print your tickets at home and bring with you to the Attraction of your choice otherwise entry won’t be granted.

Photocopies will not be accepted and tickets can only be used once.

How long does the promotion run for?

The promotion will begin on 01.01.20 and vouchers will be accepted at all participating attractions until 30.06.21. Promotional packs will be most readily available between January 2020 and May 2020. Promotional packs can sell quickly and are sold subject to availability.

Do I need to buy a pack of Kellogg’s cereal to claim the Grown Ups Go Free offer at the attractions?

Yes, to redeem the Grown Ups Go Free offer you must purchase a promotional pack of Kellogg’s cereal or snack and cut out the voucher from the side/back of the pack, or use the online code featured in cereal packs only.

How old do I have to be to redeem my Grown Ups Go Free voucher?

One free entry will be awarded to an adult when purchased with a full priced child or adult entrance ticket.

Please note: one voucher entitles one free adult only when accompanied by a full paying adult or child. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all attractions, please see the full terms and conditions for details. Vouchers or unique codes cannot be used in conjunction with tickets purchased online/via the telephone.

Adult is 8 and over at Bear Grylls Adventure.

Adult is 12 and over at the Alton Towers Resort, THORPE PARK Resort, Chessington and Warwick Castle.

Adult is 15 and over at SEA LIFE centres & Sanctuaries, Madame Tussauds Blackpool, The Blackpool Tower Dungeon and The Blackpool Tower Eye or The Blackpool Tower Circus.

Adult is 16 and over at Shrek’s Adventure! London, LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Madame Tussauds London, SEA LIFE London Aquarium, Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park & Jurassic Skyline The London Eye and York and Edinburgh Dungeons.

Adult is 18 and over at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester and Birmingham

PLEASE NOTE: No adults can enter LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester without an accompanying child. Children under the age of 8 will not be permitted to take part in any activities at The Bear Grylls Adventure, and any persons under the age of 18 yrs will require permission from a parent or guardian.

Can I use my Grown Ups Go Free voucher or unique code more than once?

No, you can only use your Grown Ups Go Free voucher once, and it must be surrendered at your chosen attraction at the admission kiosk.
You can only use your unique code online once; after this, the code will become void.

Using your Grown Ups Go Free voucher

How do I claim my voucher?

The voucher is on the side or back panel of all participating promotional Kellogg’s packs. Please cut out the voucher and take it to your chosen participating attraction on the day of your visit to receive one free adult entry when you purchase a full priced Child or Adult entrance ticket at the attraction entrance. Please check attraction opening dates and times before your visit.

How do I claim my tickets with a unique code?

The unique code is printed on Kellogg’s cereal, on the underside of the carton flap and you can redeem your code online via www.merlinfun.com.
Entering the code is simple once on the website and customers should follow the necessary instructions.

The Blackpool Tower Eye will close for essential winter maintenance works for 16 weeks; from Thursday 14th November 2019 and reopen on Saturday 28th March 2020. Opening is subject to weather conditions. Seats for The Blackpool Tower Circus are allocated on a first come first served basis and may sell out. Opening times at all Blackpool attractions may vary during the winter season.

The London Eye is open for a limited period in January every year as it is closes for annual maintenance.

Is there a restriction on the number of vouchers that I can use?

There are no restrictions placed upon the number of times you may claim the Grown Ups Go Free offer at different attractions as long as each offer is redeemed using a new voucher and in separate transactions; one voucher can be used per person and per transaction.

Do I need to use my printed ticket from my unique code on a particular date or time?

You must use your Grown Ups Go Free unique code during the valid promotional period which runs from 01.01.20– 30.06.21. Dates and times do vary per attraction, so please check the promotional website at https://www.kelloggs.co.uk/en_GB/offers-and-promotions/grownupsgofree.html (UK and ROI)

When using your unique code online, you will be asked to choose a particular day to use your tickets. The tickets can only be used on the day you have booked.

If your chosen venue requires you to choose a time slot when booking online, then your tickets can only be used during the time slot you have chosen.

How do I choose which attraction to visit?

Once you have a Kellogg’s Grown Ups Go Free voucher or unique online code, look for your favourite participating attraction on the promotional website https://www.kelloggs.co.uk/en_GB/offers-and-promotions/grownupsgofree.html (UK and ROI). You will also have the chance to learn more about each attraction including details of the facilities.

What age is an adult/child?

The age of an adult/child varies according to the attraction. Please check with your chosen attraction prior to visiting on the attraction website.

How much will a child/adult’s entrance ticket cost?

The price of a child/adult entry ticket will vary depending on your chosen attraction and reflect their current rates. You are advised to check with them before visiting on the attraction website.

Redemptions

The attraction will not accept my Grown Ups Go Free voucher. What should I do?

Please make sure that you are only visiting your chosen attraction with a Kellogg’s Grown Ups Go Free voucher during the valid promotional period (between 01.01.20 – 30.06.21 inclusive). Please make sure your chosen attraction has not placed any further restrictions on the usage of vouchers by visiting the promotional webpage https://www.kelloggs.co.uk/en_GB/offers-and-promotions/grownupsgofree.html (UK and ROI).

The attraction will not accept my Grown Ups Go Free ticket which I printed using my unique code. What should I do?

Please make sure that you are only visiting your chosen attraction with a Kellogg’s Grown Ups Go Free ticket during the date and where applicable, time that you booked online.

Also make sure that you are only visiting your chosen attraction with a Kellogg’s Grown Ups Go Free ticket during the valid promotional period (between 01.01.20 – 30.06.21 inclusive). I cannot access the online Kellogg’s Grown Ups Go Free attractions site. What should I do?

Please check that you are connected to the internet and that your connection is working properly.

Do I require ID to redeem my Grown Ups Go Freevoucher or pre-paid ticket from the online entry?

No, you do not require ID to redeem your Grown Ups Go Free voucher or pre-paid ticket.Vouchers can only be redeemed when accompanied by a person purchasing a full priced one day child or adult entrance ticket, on the date of entry at the attraction entrance.

I will need mobility requirements on my visit, what should I do?

Please contact your chosen attraction by phone or by visiting your chosen attraction’s website.

How does the Grown Ups Go Freevoucher or code work with concessions and pre-paid tickets?

The voucher or code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or concession or with pre-purchased tickets and can only be used when purchasing a full priced one day child or adult entrance ticket on the date of entry at the attraction entrance (except at the Bear Grylls Adventure), or via the online entry with a unique code.

Does the Grown Ups Go Free voucher guarantee entry?

In the unlikely event that the attraction reaches full capacity, all further guests, including Grown-Ups Go Free voucher holders, will unfortunately not be able to enter the attraction.

Does the Grown Ups Go Free unique online code guarantee entry?

In the unlikely event that the attraction reaches full capacity, all further guests, including Grown-Ups Go Free printed ticket holders, will unfortunately not be able to enter the attraction.

However, if your chosen venue requires you to book a time slot, then you will be guaranteed entry into that time slot.

Please note: in unforeseen circumstances, all of the Attractions reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of rides and/or Attractions and removal of figures for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including overcapacity.

Are the attractions open all year round?

Please refer to the individual attraction website for opening and closing dates as some attracions are seasonal. Please also visit the promotional webpage to check for any further restrictions.

Can I sell a Kellogg’s Grown Ups Go Freevoucher or code on Ebay and other internet auction sites?

No, resale of the Grown Ups Go Free voucher or code is strictly prohibited, any purported transfer or sale of the voucher will render it void.

I’ve collected more than one voucher or code, can I make multiple visits to the same or differing attractions?

Yes, provided you have a new voucher or code and are accompanied by a full paying child or adult per visit. Each voucher or unique code is only valid for one free adult entry and only one voucher or unique code can be used per person and per transaction.
