Where can I find my nearest participating pool?

You can find you nearest pool by visiting the Kellogg’s website www.kelloggs.co.uk/swimming or www.kelloggs.ie/swimming

Is the free ticket for an adult or a child?

The ticket can be used for either an adult or a child.

Are there any restrictions?

The tickets can be used during all general swim sessions.
They can only be used during normal swim hours and not for swimming lessons.
A child could not use the ticket during adult only swim session etc.
Please contact your pool to find out when the general swim sessions are.

How many tickets can I use at the same time?

You can use as many tickets as you like, 1 per person.
The tickets can only be used once.

How do I find out how to get to my nearest pool?

Contact your local pool or visit their website for directions.

I have been turned away / had to pay to get in.

Please contact the Kellogg’s customer careline on 0800 626 066 (UK) or 1800 626066 (ROI) between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday or via the contact us page on the website. Please provide them with the name of the pool you visited along with the date and time and location.

Where do I find my ticket on the box?

The tickets are printed on the back of the box except for Coco Pops Creations where it will be printed on the inside of the box.

Where are the terms and conditions for the offer?

You can find the primary terms and conditions on the ticket with all remaining terms and conditions on the website.

Do I have to send anything off to claim the free swim offer?

No, you can redeem the ticket direct from the box at your participating pool.

How long are the tickets valid for?

The tickets are valid from April 2008 - 30th April 2009.

Can I use the voucher for swimming lessons?

No the voucher can only be used for general swim sessions.

I can’t find a pool in my area?

Please contact the Kellogg’s customer careline on 0800 626 066 (UK) or 1800 626066 (ROI) between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday or via the contact us page on the website and a member of staff will try to help you locate your nearest participating pool. Whilst Kellogg’s have tried to ensure that pools are available in all areas, in some locations this has not been possible.

My local pool says they are not participating in the promotion but they are on the website?

Please contact the Kellogg’s customer careline on 0800 626 066 (UK) or 1800 626066 (ROI) between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday or via the contact us page on the website and a member of staff will investigate the matter for you.

Are there any age restrictions?

There are no age restrictions on the voucher, however pool age restrictions and general terms and conditions will apply. Please check with your local participating pool before visiting

Can the vouchers be used during school holidays?

Yes, the vouchers can be used for general swim sessions during the school holidays.

Can I collect vouchers to use with my swimming club / school?

Unfortunately not, the Kellogg’s Free Swim offer does not apply to separate corporate arrangements with the pool.

Can I use this voucher family swim fun sessions?

Yes, the vouchers can be used for all public swim sessions including family swim fun sessions, please note that that is subject to availability and we recommend that you check with your local participating pool before visiting.

Can I use this voucher for all pools within the same visit e.g. the baby pool or diving pool (where applicable)?

Yes, the vouchers can be used for all public swim sessions and pools included in the general swim admission.
