Kellogg's Free Swim Voucher Terms and Conditions

• This offer is open to all UK and RoI residents. This offer is not available to employees of Kellogg’s, TLC Marketing plc or agencies appointed by TLC and their immediate families.
• The voucher entitles the bearer to one free swim, for one person (child or adult) at one of the participating swimming pools.
• All additional customers will pay the full price and all future bookings will be charged at the full price.
• Voucher valid until 30/04/2009.
• The offer is subject to availability. Participating swimming pools reserve the right to vary prices, times and offer availability (e.g. private sessions), you are advised to check with your local participating swimming pool before visiting.
• Children under the age of 8 years must be accompanied by an adult. One adult can only accompany a maximum of 2 children.
• On arrival at the swimming pool the voucher must be handed over. The free swim must be redeemed on the same day.

• The list of participating swimming pools remains subject to change. Please contact your chosen venue to confirm continual availability of the offer.
• Participating swimming pools are all contracted to participate in the free swim offer. The promoter, its agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for the misuse of the voucher and are not liable for any personal loss or injury at the participating swimming pools. Further, they cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality / availability of participating swimming pools.
• Neither Kellogg’s, nor its agents or distributors can accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.
• The voucher may only be used once. Photocopied, scanned, damaged or illegible vouchers will not be accepted.
• The free swim voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or redeemed in whole or part for cash. The vouchers can not be sold by via any means (including Ebay).
• Kellogg’s reserves the right to offer a substitute reward of equal or greater value.
• Any persons taking advantage of this promotion do so on complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.
