Krispie Choco-Chip Popsicles

Method

  1.  First put the chocolate and peanut butter in a large saucepan over a low heat, stirring constantly. When they've melted, remove from heat.
  2.  Next simply stir in the Rice Krispies and marshmallows.
  3.  Using a buttered spatula, press the mixture evenly into a 13" x 9" x 2" greased baking tray.
  4.  Chill in the fridge for about 45 minutes.
  5.  Cut into 18 squares. Then put a plastic or wooden stick into each square and they're ready to eat. Wonderfully simple!

Microwave directions

In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate and peanut butter on MEDIUM power for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. Stir until smooth before adding the remaining ingredients, and keep stirring until well coated. Follow steps 3-5 above. Microwave cooking times may vary.

  • 350g chocolate chips/buttons
  • 120g peanut butter
  • 180g of Kellogg's Rice Krispies
  • 150g miniature marshmallows
  • Ice lolly sticks
