Grazin' Raisin Snaps

Method

  1.  Put the butter in a large saucepan and melt over a low heat. Add the marshmallows, cocoa powder and drinking chocolate and stir until the mixture is completely melted, then remove from the heat.
  2.  Next add the Rice Krispies and raisins, stirring until well coated.
  3.  Using a buttered spatula, press the mixture evenly into a 13" x 9" x 2" greased baking tray. Allow to cool.
  4.  Cut into 2" squares. Tasty.

In microwave-safe bowl heat butter, marshmallows and cocoa powder and drinking chocolate on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Microwave cooking times may vary. Microwave cooking times may vary.

What you need...

  • 45g butter or margarine
  • 300g (about 40) marshmallows
  • 180g Kellogg's Rice Krispies
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon drinking chocolate
  • 50g raisins
  • Assorted sweets/dried fruit/nuts
