Kellogg’s Voted Best Company to Work for in Sunday Times Top 100 List
Old Trafford-based food giant Kellogg’s was last night voted number 30 in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work for List alongside organisations such as Beaverbrooks, Diageo and Microsoft.
Kellogg’s, one of Manchester’s biggest employers, provides employees with perks such as flexible working, ‘summer hours’ and it’s Fit for Life programme creating a ‘great place to work’ culture throughout the business.
Karen Meehan, European vice president HR comments: “We are really proud to be in the prestigious top 100 companies list, this is the first year we have entered and it’s great to be placed number 30.
“It’s our employees that make Kellogg’s a special place and we will continue to provide a great workplace environment that encourages career development, work life balance and autonomy for all employees.”
Kellogg’s had to provide evidence of different workplace initiatives including: corporate responsibility initiatives, benefits packages, diversity data and training and development programmes as part of the entry for the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For List. A questionnaire was also sent to over 400 employees to get their feedback on Kellogg’s as a workplace.

Summer Hours
Employees must have completed a full week’s hours by 12pm on Friday in order to benefit from Friday’s afternoon off as part of the summer hours scheme.
