MySpecialK Personal Plans is a free service and has been created with top expert dietitians, nutritionists, and behaviour change experts to harness the latest in scientific thinking.
It offers women a new way to watch their shape – with meal plans* personalised to your individual life stage and lifestyle, support through forums and a “buddy” system, food diaries, tracker systems, a detailed eating out guide and even a shopping list function for the plans with Tesco online – saving shape watchers time and more importantly with no sign up or subscription fees like other websites – money.
The plans are based on sensible calorie controlled meals and snacks which maximise eating a higher volume of lower energy dense foods which help you to stave off hunger pangs while helping you to weigh less. Experts call this ‘volumetrics’
MySpecialK will be supported with an £5 m television, outdoor and print campaign in the New Year and Summer when many women are looking to get back into shape. Targeted digital media will be used to advertise MySpecialK including faceboook and Google search.
