Kellogg's Nutri-Grain Prize Draw

Terms and conditions

  • The promotion is only open to UK and RoI residents over the age of 18, excluding employees and their families of Kellogg's, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
  • Entries will go into a free prize draw to win the grand prize of 1 x 8G iPod Touch or 1 of 10 x iPod Gift Cards (valued £25 per Gift Card). The first winner drawn at random, under independent supervision, will win the iPod Touch the subsequent 10 winners also drawn at random, under independent supervision, will each win a £25 iTunes Gift Card worth £25.
  • Prizes are offered subject to availability. In the event of a prize not being available, Kellogg’s reserve the right to substitute an alternative of equal or higher value.
  • The draw will be held on 12/11/2008.
  • The closing date for the receipt of entries is midnight on 11/11/2008.
  • Winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the draw date. Please be sure to provide a working email address so that we can contact you. The winner will receive their prize by post.
  • Winners must reply to the prize administrator within six full weeks of the initial prize notification being sent. Follow up emails will be sent out in two-week intervals after the initial notification. If the winner has not contacted the prize administrator within this time, then the prize will be withdrawn and another winner selected at random and the original winner will forfeit any rights to a prize.
  • Entries are limited to one per email address. Individuals are also limited to one prize per person. 
  • All information on this site forms part of the terms and conditions. All entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  • Responsibility cannot be accepted for those entries lost, damaged or delayed in transmission. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Illegible or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
  • Prizes are not transferable. No cash alternative is available. 
  • Winners must participate in all reasonable publicity.
  • The winner’s name will be posted on http://www.kelloggs.co.uk/winners 28 days after the draw date.
  • The decision of Kellogg's is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
