Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain Tea Trolley free prize draw

1. The promotion is only open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents who work in an office environment in the UK, who are aged 18 and over, excluding Kellogg’s employees, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Entries will go into a free prize draw to win one prize consisting of a tea trolley for the day manned by a Baker Boy or Girl delivering up to 100 pieces of product and a trip to Rudding Park Hotel consisting of: Standard double rooms for two adults, two nights accommodation with breakfast, afternoon tea for two and standard class accommodation on British National Rail.
4. The delivery of tea, coffee and snacks from the Nutri-Grain Baker Boy’s tea trolley will be provided within a month of notifying the winner, at a suitable date for both parties.
5. All date requests are subject to availability but the trip to Rudding Park hotel must be taken in 2008.
6. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prize packages will only be available to the employee who entered and his/her company boss.
7. Any costs incurred in addition to the prize package elements listed above (e.g. telephone charges, room service, spa treatments) are at the guests’ own expense.
8. Any tax implications arising from the winning of the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
9. Travel insurance is not included in the prize.
10. Kellogg’s reserves the right to use the winning office for PR purposes for media and internal use, including possible filming of the Nutri-Grain tea trolley in action.
11. The closing date for the receipt of entries is 23.59 hours on 29.05.2008.
12. The winning office will be selected by a supervised random draw of all entrants and will be notified by telephone within two weeks of the closing date. The promoter’s decision is final and binding with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Please be sure to provide a working telephone number so that we can contact you.
13. Entries are limited to one per email address.
14. By entering the free prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
15. When entering the free prize draw you will be responsible for the incidental costs of airtime and telephone time incurred when logging onto the website to register and browse as charged by your telephone and internet providers.
16. Prizes are not transferable. No cash alternative is available.
17. The winner’s name and county will be posted on www.kelloggs.co.uk/winners 28 days after the draw date.
18. The decision of Kellogg's is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
