Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain Taste Challenge – How to claim
If you want to make a claim, simply send:
- Your till receipt (highlighting your Nutri-Grain purchase).
- The ‘Love the Taste or your Money Back’ stamp from the front of the pack.
- A short letter (but no less than 15 words) explaining why you didn’t love the taste of any of the bars in the Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain range + your name and address.

- Your statutory rights are not affected. The relevant value, to a maximum of £2.19, plus £0.23 postage or €3.82, plus €0.55 postage, will be provided in the form of a cheque made payable to the claimant.
- Allow 28 days for delivery.
- All claims must include the original till receipt, the front flash from the promotional Nutri-Grain pack and a letter, complete with your name and address, explaining in a minimum of 15 words why you didn’t love the taste of Nutri-Grain Raisin Elevenses bars. Failure to include these will render the claim invalid.
- Claims must be received by 1st March 2009. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.
- The promoter does not accept responsibility for receipts or claims lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
