Our targets are for our sites. However our Life Cycle analysis also showed us the other areas where we have an environmental impact.

• We found our greatest environmental impact comes from growing the food that we use, so we're working on sustainable agriculture.

• The second greatest impact we have comes during the cooking phase when these ingredients are made into cereals, snacks and other products. Find out more about the environmental targets we've set for our manufacturing sites.

• Packaging is next, which means not only the packaging you see but also the packaging we use for transport. We're currently looking at a range of packaging solutions.

• Disposal is fourth, with food disposal at home as important as disposal of food during production. Find out what we're doing to make a difference, and see how you can reduce waste & food waste in the home.

• Transport has the least impact of all, and mainly involves transporting ingredients and products to manufacturing sites and shops. However, we're reducing road miles in the UK thanks to a joint project with other like-minded businesses.
