Employee match

Each year Kellogg’s supports the fund-raising efforts of its employees by offering to match the money that they raise pound for pounds.

Although Kellogg’s has clear criteria to cover corporate donations, we think it’s important that we help employees support the causes that are important to them and therefore the employee match scheme donates to any cause that the employee chooses.

Employees typically raise funds through running, walking or cycling but they have also raised money from parachute jumps, bungee jumping, opening their gardens to the public and a gumball rally!

Although much of the fundraising goes on in employee time, we are happy to support activities that take place on our sites during the working week.

The employee match scheme is part of a range of activities that helps to make Kellogg’s a vibrant and rewarding place to work.
