    Our sun-ripened corn is grown from a type known as ‘Flint’. It’s particularly dense corn, which is important when creating a flake that is crisp and resistant to soaking. Another key factor is the weather, as a hot climate helps to sun ripen the corn naturally.

    Our search for the finest honey led us to hives across South America. The flavour can vary quite widely so we use a blend of Mexican and Argentinean honey to create a taste that is perfect on the palate.

  • The Most Flavoursome Nuts

    A lot of people travel the world looking for adventure but for us it’s nuts grown in calcium-rich soil at a temperature of 20°C on the East Coast of America. Here we found the perfect environment for producing the most flavoursome nuts.
