Kellogg’s Free Child's Cinema Ticket Promotion Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions

1. Closing date for receipt of applications is 30.06.08.
2. Open to residents of the UK, ROI, CI & IoM, excluding employees and their families of Kellogg's, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
3. You can claim a kid's cinema ticket (under 15 years of age) with 3 x unique codes. 1 x unique code can be found on the inside of every special pack. See ticket details for terms and validity date.
4. You may apply by post or online. Entry details required - enter 3 x unique codes online or send application form complete with 3 x unique codes. Each code can only be used once.
5. All participating cinemas are listed online and will be sent with the ticket.
6. Application instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
7. Photocopied applications and fraudulent claims will not be accepted.
8. No 3rd party or bulk applications will be accepted, only one entry per envelope. More than one entry per envelope will render the entry unfulfilled.
9. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. Kellogg's cannot accept responsibility for applications which are illegible, lost, damaged or delayed in the post / in transmission.
10. Please allow 21 days from receipt of application for delivery of the ticket.
11. Kellogg's will not collect more of your personal details than absolutely necessary. Personal details for under 16's will not be collected.

Paper Tickets (England, Scotland, Wales)

1. Movie coupons shall be valid at participating cinemas for any movie during the promotional period.
2. The coupons shall be valid until 31st August 2008.
3. Participating cinemas can be found by visiting www.kelloggs.co.uk/whatson/cinema/find.asp or www.kelloggs.ie/whatson/cinema/find.asp.
4. Not valid with any other offer.
5. If lost coupons can not be replaced. Void if resold.
6. Coupons are for ONE CHILD'S admission.
7. No reproductions will be accepted.
8. Cash value 1/100th of one penny.

Card Tickets (Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland)

1. This card is issued by Newcastle Building Society pursuant to licence by MasterCard International or its affiliates.
2. This card remains the property of Newcastle Building Society. For conditions of use refer to www.kelloggs.ie/whatson/cinema/how.asp. If found please return to Kellogg's Movie Promotion, PO Box 6065 Bournemouth, BH1 9AY.
3. IMPORTANT: This card is not Chip & PIN. It can only be used for ‘real time’ transactions (not manual zip/zap machines)
4. This card is valid for a single transaction or part payment for a split transaction.
5. Once it has been used the card should be destroyed. No cash access. This card is like cash, treat it like cash.
6. You are responsible for all risks of misuse and unauthorised use. If your card is lost or stolen you must contact us immediately.
