It's a fact, most children don't get enough fibre1 and thinking of a way to introduce more fibre into your little monkey's diet can seem difficult. But when you consider that the average five year old needs around 10g of fibre a day (ref?), and a 30g bowl of great tasting new Choc 'N' Roll™ cereal contains 2g of fibre – it's a useful (and tasty) step in the right direction!

To keep your family fit and healthy it's important they get enough vitamins and minerals. The good news is that our new high fibre cereal Choc 'N' Roll™ cereal has a number of important ones that we all need. Each 30g bowl provides a source of six B vitamins, vitamin D, iron, and calcium – and that's before you even pour the milk on!

We bet you never thought you'd see your cheeky little monkeys happily munching a bowl of high fibre cereal in the morning? We know children won't compromise on taste, that's why we tried and tested over 100 recipes until we found the one that delivered that great Coco Pops™ taste that was also high in fibre – making mornings easy for everyone!

Sugar is an important energy supply for parts of our body like our brains and muscles. And when you're playing, growing and being active – that's important. So it does play a role in our diet, but like anything else we need to be aware of how much we have. A 30g serving of new Choc 'N' Roll™ cereal contains 9% of the GDA for sugar (Guideline Daily Amount). We know sugar receives some bad press so we want to put it in perspective and separate some facts from fiction.

'Wholegrain' means exactly that – the whole of the grain. All the 'components' of the piece of grain are there – most importantly the outer layer – which is where the fibre is. Often in food, this important component is removed. Wholegrains can be a great way to eat more fibre, that's why we have included wholegrain wheat and wholegrain oats in our new high fibre Choc 'N' Roll™ cereal. But not all wholegrain foods are high in fibre, so it's good to check the label. (High fibre is more than 6% fibre)

7% fibre. Enjoy as part of a healthy balanced diet & active lifestyle. 30g bowl has 8g of sugar = 9% of GDA
