Terms and conditions

1. The promotion is only open to UK and RoI residents over the age of 18, excluding Kellogg’s employees, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. Entries will go into a free prize draw to win 1 x Spa Day for two. The winner will be given a choice of the following spa venues:
   Champneys, Bedfordshire
   Champneys, Leicestershire
   Champneys, Hampshire
   Champneys, Hertfordshire
3. The prize includes Full use of facilities including sauna and steam room, 25 meter indoor swimming pool, gym, tennis courts and bicycles.
   
   • Complete programme of exercise and relaxation classes
   • Hot and cold buffet lunch
   • All inclusive treatments of:
     • Facial
     • Massage
     • Luxury manicure or Pedicure
     • Thalassotherapy pool
   Please note prize contents varies by spa venue.
4. Prizes are offered subject to availability. In the event of a prize not being available, Kellogg’s reserve the right to substitute an alternative of equal or higher value.
5. Failing to attend the spa venue at the agreed time and date will make the prize invalid.
6. Once your booking is confirmed, the spa venue terms and conditions apply.
7. The spa day prize must be taken by 31/12/2008.
8. The draw will be held on 01/09/2008.
9. The closing date for the receipt of entries is midnight on the day before the draw.
10. Winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the draw date. Please be sure to provide a working email address so that we can contact you. The winner will receive their prize by post.
11. Winners must reply to the prize administrator within six full weeks of the initial prize notification being sent. Follow up emails will be sent out in two-week intervals after the initial notification. If the winner has not contacted the prize administrator within this time, then the prize will be withdrawn and another winner selected at random.
12. Entries are limited to one per email address. Individuals are also limited to one prize per person. 
13. All information on this site forms part of the terms and conditions. All entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
14. Responsibility cannot be accepted for those entries lost, damaged or delayed in transmission. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Illegible or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
15. Prizes are not transferable. No cash alternative is available. 
16. Winners must participate in all reasonable publicity.
17. The winner’s name will be posted on http://www.kelloggs.co.uk/winners 28 days after the draw date.
18. The decision of Kellogg's is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
