Hello, my name is Stevie Lorraine Reid. I studied BSc (Hons) Public Health Nutrition at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. After graduation, I began working for the NHS focusing on Health Promotion, I then moved to Kelloggs in 2006 to join their Nutrition Team as Nutritionist for Snacks. My favourite Special K product
My favourite Kellogg's cereal has to be Special K Medley, I am often found eating a bowl of as a night time snack with hot milk!
My top tip
I think the best way to stay in shape is to have a healthy balanced diet and be active. Base your meals around carbohydrates such as cereals, rice, pasta etc, they are important sources of nutrients and can help you to feel satisfied after a meal. Also try to make physical activity part of your daily regime by walking or cycling to work. If you can’t do that, why don’t you take up an active hobby with a friend? Doing exercise with a friend can help to motivate you...plus it’s more fun!

My top tip
There is a wealth of evidence to show that people who eat breakfast cereals are slimmer than those who don’t. Therefore don’t be tempted to skip breakfast when you are managing your weight! It is one of the most important meals of the day and will help you and your body get off to a great start every day! With so many varieties to choose from, why not make Kellogg’s Special K part of your daily routine? You can be sure that it is always low in fat and saturated fat!
