A lean ham sandwich with salad
Make a sandwich using high fibre bread and a lean ham. Serve with reduced fat cheese and salad along with low fat yoghurt and a glass of fruit juiceSnack suggestion: 150g of low fat natural yoghurt with 20g of walnuts
Tofu stir-fry with rice or noodles
1. Heat a little oil in a wok 2. Add the tofu, bean sprouts, peppers, mushrooms, onion and garlic to the wok 3. Stir-fry until the tofu is cooked through 4. Meanwhile add the rice or noodles to boiling water and cook for 15 - 20 minutes 5. Drain the rice or noodles and serve with the stir-fry vegetables and tofu
