Marketing Manager, Adult Taste Cereal Brands

Crunchy Nut, Fruit n’ Fibre and Corn Flakes are just some of the brands which fall within my portfolio. As Marketing Manager for the “Adult Taste” portfolio, I am accountable for delivering the financial targets and setting the future direction for these brands.

I joined Kellogg’s eight years ago as a Brand Manager and have been lucky enough to have worked right across our marketing team – I have managed cereal and snacks brands, developed new innovations, created and executed several TV advertising campaigns, managed major sports sponsorships and lots more. Kellogg’s has been an amazing marketing training ground for me as we have fantastic brands and an absolute commitment to investing in and building these brands with great marketing support.

In 2006, I was fortunate to be asked to lead the French Innovation team for a short period based in Paris which was an unforgettable experience. I returned to the UK to lead the Snacks Innovation team before moving to my current role at the end of 2007, so you’ll see there is lots of scope to develop and take on new assignments here.

I also lead our recruitment programme for marketing. It a real privilege to talk to prospective employees about Kellogg’s, its wonderful heritage and commitment to its people. Adding people to the already great talent pool we have here is a responsibility I take very seriously.
