Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to work for

We’ve always known that Kellogg’s is a great place to work, but now it’s official: Kellogg’s has been placed in the top 100 of the Best Companies to Work for List in the Sunday Times.

Kellogg’s, one of Manchester’s biggest employers, was voted #30 out of over 1,000 entrants, attracting notice - and employees - with perks such as flexible working, summer hours, and a Fit for Life programme that creates a company culture worth working for.

Karen Meehan, European vice president HR, comments: “It’s our employees that make Kellogg’s a special place and we will continue to provide a great workplace environment that encourages career development, work life balance and autonomy for all employees.”

Kellogg’s made the prestigious cut after providing evidence of different workplace initiatives, including corporate responsibility initiatives, benefits packages, diversity data and training and development programmes as part of the entry for the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work for List. A questionnaire was also sent to over 400 employees to get their feedback on Kellogg’s as a workplace.
