Vibrant, multi-lingual and multi-cultural, our Finance Team ensures that Kellogg’s makes investment choices that ultimately create the most value for the future. We’ve two distinct finance functions, UK Finance and European Finance.
With a broad perspective of the business, we enjoy contributing to the success of well-known brands and making a difference to the final output on the shelves. Working very closely as a team and with other UK Departments, many of our team members are located in the same area as their internal customers. As a result, we can influence both short-term and long-term decision making across the business.
We offer a variety of roles, including entry-level Deduction Processing, Finance Business Partners, Financial Analysts, Finance Managers, Accountants and Trade Controllers. All of these exciting roles support and have direct contact with our Sales and Marketing Teams. Our broad-range of activities include:
- Driving savings in overheads.
- Generating reports.
- Reviewing deductions for validity.
- Taking actions to improve cash flow.
- Collating proof around invalid deductions and chasing repayment.
- Profitability analysis.
- Financial control.
- Process improvements.
- General business advisory projects.
- Business performance tracking.
- Assisting with new product launches.
There are many different roles to progress into and your development will be actively encouraged as you build experience in different areas of the business.
